The post-ip journal is a biennial publication that aims to disseminate the results of the Post-ip: International Forum of Postgraduate Studies in Music and Dance, which is held in Aveiro every two years. The Forum and the respective book of proceedings are oriented to the participation of graduate students in the various scientific fields of Music and Dance, namely Ethnomusicology and Studies of Popular Music; Historical and Cultural Studies in Music; Creation, Theory and Music; Dance Studies; Studies of Performance and Performance as Artistic Research and Education and Music in the Community.
